The Southwest Oncology Group is one of the nation’s largest National Cancer Institute-funded clinical trials networks. Its more than 5,000 physician-researchers at institutions throughout the United States, including 19 Comprehensive Cancer Centers, conduct large Phase III trials and groundbreaking initial trials that lead to new drugs, new standards of care and better ways to control and prevent cancer.
